One of the sunnah of  Rasulullah Muhammad sallallahu alaiyhi wassallam in the month of Muharram  is to do is fasting in the day of Ashura (10 Muharram). Therefore, Cranfield Islamic Society provide iftar for the day of Ashura this year ( 10 Muharram 1436 AH), which insha-Allah would be held on Monday, 3rd of November 2014.
